About NPCI

NPCI is essential in the Indian payments scenario. It operates the National Financial Switch (NFS), the largest interbank network in India. NPCI also runs India’s real-time interbank electronic funds transfer system, the Immediate Payment Service (IMPS). Additionally, NPCI has launched Bharat Bill  Payment System (BBPS), an integrated bill  payment system that enables customers to pay all their bills (utility, mobile, etc.) from a single platform. NPCI is an initiative of RBI that acts as an extension for all types of bill payments and settlements. Hence it is necessary to link NPCI Aadhar to avoid any hindrance in future in case of retail payments and any such settlements. Forms like scholarship can be filled only after linking with NPCI, hence it is mandatory.

NPCI is constantly using innovative technologies to make electronic payments more convenient and accessible for all Indians. For example, NPCI has launched UPI (Unified Payment Interface), which allows customers to make instant payments through mobile phones. NPCI is also working on developing a payments bank, which will provide essential banking services to the public. But caution is mandatory as OTP has to be taken special care of and this OTP is not to be disclosed to anyone else otherwise there may be some financial loss.

NPCI Aadhaar Link Bank Account
